About the role

  • Architect and implement Salesforce solutions leveraging Apex and Visualforce
  • Engineer robust data intake frameworks utilizing advanced form-building systems and API integrations
  • Design and execute comprehensive data validation protocols and automated workflow solutions
  • Spearhead the development and optimization of Process Builders and flows to streamline business operations
  • Conceptualize and implement complex data models aligned with organizational objectives
  • Oversee enterprise-wide Salesforce administration and governance
  • Direct user access management strategies
  • Establish and maintain seamless integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems
  • Champion industry best practices and architectural design patterns within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated reporting solutions to drive data-driven decision making
  • Transform business requirements into elegant technical solutions while maintaining architectural integrity

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
  • 7+ years proven experience in Salesforce administration
  • 5+ years proven experience as a Salesforce Developer including Visualforce, Apex, lightning component framework, and the SOQL query language
  • Experience with managing Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) marketing automation
  • Desire to continually learn and incorporate new concepts and technologies into daily work
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience working directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds
