About the role
- Architect and implement Salesforce solutions leveraging Apex and Visualforce
- Engineer robust data intake frameworks utilizing advanced form-building systems and API integrations
- Design and execute comprehensive data validation protocols and automated workflow solutions
- Spearhead the development and optimization of Process Builders and flows to streamline business operations
- Conceptualize and implement complex data models aligned with organizational objectives
- Oversee enterprise-wide Salesforce administration and governance
- Direct user access management strategies
- Establish and maintain seamless integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems
- Champion industry best practices and architectural design patterns within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Develop and maintain sophisticated reporting solutions to drive data-driven decision making
- Transform business requirements into elegant technical solutions while maintaining architectural integrity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- 7+ years proven experience in Salesforce administration
- 5+ years proven experience as a Salesforce Developer including Visualforce, Apex, lightning component framework, and the SOQL query language
- Experience with managing Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) marketing automation
- Desire to continually learn and incorporate new concepts and technologies into daily work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience working directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds
