About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and nurture strong relationships with distributor sales teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration
- Secure new accounts across retail and on-premise channels, with a special focus on restaurants, bars, event venues, and hotels
- Plan and execute high-impact demos to create excitement and brand awareness for our new product
- Stay on top of market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to adapt strategies
- Provide actionable insights and regular updates on sales performance and opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years in sales, account management, or market management, preferably within the beverage, hospitality, or CPG industries
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with your sales area’s beverage market, especially in the hospitality and on-premise sectors
- Willingness to travel and work evenings or weekends for events and demos
- A valid driver’s license with reliable transportation is required
- Occasional heavy lifting will also be necessary to ensure product delivery and setup
