About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Meet or exceed an average annual chargeable utilization of 70%
Act as a liaison between Cority and clients on assigned projects and initiatives
Lead and support project implementations using the predefined implementation methodology
Configure the application, train clients, conduct testing, and take notes
Collaborate with Project Management, Implementation Consultants, and Technical Consultants
Support departments including Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Engineering, and Product
Establish project implementation plans with client teams and the Cority Project Manager
Intervene when project timeline milestones are delayed or missed
Work predominantly remotely with some travel expected
Update timesheets and project bookings daily and submit timesheets weekly for approval

Requirements

What you’ll need

University program graduate in Information Technology, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related program, with equivalent work experience
1–3 years of experience in the subject matter area of the role
Professional designation of REM or EI is ideal
Knowledge of connections between Cority EHSQ suites
Understanding of how and why clients use Cority software
Commitment to service excellence and keeping up to date on new features
Project budget awareness
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Bilingualism is an asset
