About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will spend the majority of your day communicating with German-speaking customers about outstanding parking fees.
- You will handle inbound and outbound calls, manage cases in the ticketing system, and ensure all data is accurate and up to date.
- You will follow clearly defined collections processes and work toward daily targets as part of an international operations team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- German at C1 level or higher
- Experience in collections / debt recovery
- Background in customer support or contact center environments
- Confident, calm demeanor when handling challenging conversations
- Enjoyment of structured, process-oriented work
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain calm and methodical under pressure
- Experience using CRM systems
- Nice to have (not required): experience with Salesforce CRM; familiarity with Austrian German
