About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will spend the majority of your day communicating with German-speaking customers about outstanding parking fees.
  • You will handle inbound and outbound calls, manage cases in the ticketing system, and ensure all data is accurate and up to date.
  • You will follow clearly defined collections processes and work toward daily targets as part of an international operations team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • German at C1 level or higher
  • Experience in collections / debt recovery
  • Background in customer support or contact center environments
  • Confident, calm demeanor when handling challenging conversations
  • Enjoyment of structured, process-oriented work
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain calm and methodical under pressure
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Nice to have (not required): experience with Salesforce CRM; familiarity with Austrian German
