About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for CoreWeave software products like W&B Models and W&B Weave, you will help define and scale the narratives, product launches, and go-to-market strategy for the platform that AI researchers and developers rely on to build, evaluate, and improve AI models and agents.
- You will sit at the intersection of AI research, model and agent development, and production AI operations, translating deeply technical capabilities into compelling stories that resonate with AI researchers, engineers, platform teams, and technical decision-makers.
- Working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Developer Relations, and Customer Marketing, you'll help shape how the market understands and adopts the next generation of AI development workflows.
- As Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for defining the value proposition, positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy for CoreWeave's AI researcher and developer tools.
- This role sits at the forefront of our purpose-built tools for accelerating the agent loop. You'll help shape the future of agent workflows, enabling agents to run, generate traces, be evaluated, incorporate feedback, and continuously improve through an iterative development cycle.
- You will work with key stakeholders in marketing, sales, product management and engineering to shape CoreWeave's software portfolio growth.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, Product Management, Developer Marketing, or a related go-to-market role, ideally within AI/ML, developer tools, SaaS, data platforms, or enterprise software.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Developer Relations teams, and Solutions Architects.
- Ability to understand complex AI, machine learning, or developer workflows and translate technical capabilities into clear customer value, compelling narratives, and differentiated positioning.
- Experience creating product launches, sales enablement materials, customer-facing content, demos, case studies, webinars, and other go-to-market assets.
- Familiarity with customer research, persona development, customer journeys, use-case identification, and customer advocacy programs.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and contribute to successful product launches, adoption initiatives, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Curiosity about AI, machine learning, LLMs, AI agents, and the tools developers use to build, evaluate, and operate AI systems.
