About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Elicit business needs, market trends, and product feature requirements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery of features
- Understand and prioritize product features based on business objectives
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities for product enhancement
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and implement improvements
- Collect feedback from stakeholders to identify gaps and areas for improvement
- Adapt quickly to a dynamic work environment and changing priorities
- Foster collaboration between product, development, and cross-functional teams
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders to gather insights and align priorities
- Lead effective communication and coordination among team members
- Mentor junior team members, promoting professional growth and knowledge sharing
- Encourage continuous learning within the product team by sharing industry best practices
- Identify training opportunities and create skill development plans for team members
- Stay updated on industry trends, ensuring the team adapts to evolving market demands
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in product management, preferably in the technology or gaming industry
- Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform product decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
- Leadership skills to inspire and guide teams toward successful outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
- 3–5 years of experience in product management or a related role
- Having knowledge of Sportsbook or Retail products will be considered an advantage.
