Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and ship AI-driven automation: generative AI, conversational AI, and agentic workflows
Build and operate scalable applications like chatbots and agents
Build new capabilities and skills for our AI agents
Integrate AI into existing systems through APIs, cloud services, and modern architectures
Spot automation opportunities with the team and turn business needs into working solutions
Keep solutions sharp through monitoring, evaluation, and iteration

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong in JavaScript / TypeScript and/or Python
Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI: prompting, building against model APIs, and shipping features on top of them
Hands-on experience with conversational AI like chatbots, assistants, or voicebots you've actually built and run
Experience building automation solutions, whether AI-driven, conversational, or workflow-based
Hands-on with APIs and REST services, and integrating into existing systems
Comfortable on a major cloud platform (e.g. GCP or similar providers)
Can translate fuzzy business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions
Fluent English, written and spoken
