About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the world-class CorePower Yoga studio experience by coordinating studio operations and maintaining health and safety standards
- Work alongside the Studio Manager to achieve company and studio-level goals, including membership growth, retail sales, community outreach, teacher and SET recruitment, and programming enrollment
- Coordinate studio presence, front desk guidance, team support, student engagement, and studio supplies
- Act as the point of contact for students and staff when the Studio Manager is absent
- Execute health, safety, cleanliness, Smart Health Protocol, and studio functionality standards
- Clean the studio, stock amenities, and ensure cleanliness protocols are followed
- Interview, hire, schedule, train, support, and discipline or terminate Studio Experience Team employees as needed
- Lead orientation for new Studio Experience Team members
- Coordinate POS, online reservation, subbing, HRIS, help desk, facilities-ticket, and other studio operational systems
- Support and coordinate the teaching schedule
- Teach at least 6 branded CorePower Yoga classes per week and sub additional classes as needed if qualified
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core Values
- Excellent oral communication skills, professionalism, and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Customer Service experience required
- Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program preferred
- Yoga Sculpt teacher training preferred
- Familiarity and comfort with HRIS, intranet, point-of-sale, scheduling, and payroll systems
- Ability to build relationships with individuals with diverse personalities, styles, and seniority levels
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize under multiple deadlines
- Proven self-starter with ability to take on new projects enthusiastically
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to take initiative and prioritize
- College (BA/BS) preferred
- Availability for morning, evening, weekend, and some holiday schedules
- Ability to move around the studio, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs
- If certified to teach, ability to teach classes with little to no notice while scheduled in the studio
