About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the world-class CorePower Yoga studio experience by coordinating studio operations and maintaining health and safety standards
  • Work alongside the Studio Manager to achieve company and studio-level goals, including membership growth, retail sales, community outreach, teacher and SET recruitment, and programming enrollment
  • Coordinate studio presence, front desk guidance, team support, student engagement, and studio supplies
  • Act as the point of contact for students and staff when the Studio Manager is absent
  • Execute health, safety, cleanliness, Smart Health Protocol, and studio functionality standards
  • Clean the studio, stock amenities, and ensure cleanliness protocols are followed
  • Interview, hire, schedule, train, support, and discipline or terminate Studio Experience Team employees as needed
  • Lead orientation for new Studio Experience Team members
  • Coordinate POS, online reservation, subbing, HRIS, help desk, facilities-ticket, and other studio operational systems
  • Support and coordinate the teaching schedule
  • Teach at least 6 branded CorePower Yoga classes per week and sub additional classes as needed if qualified

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core Values
  • Excellent oral communication skills, professionalism, and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Customer Service experience required
  • Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program preferred
  • Yoga Sculpt teacher training preferred
  • Familiarity and comfort with HRIS, intranet, point-of-sale, scheduling, and payroll systems
  • Ability to build relationships with individuals with diverse personalities, styles, and seniority levels
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize under multiple deadlines
  • Proven self-starter with ability to take on new projects enthusiastically
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to take initiative and prioritize
  • College (BA/BS) preferred
  • Availability for morning, evening, weekend, and some holiday schedules
  • Ability to move around the studio, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs
  • If certified to teach, ability to teach classes with little to no notice while scheduled in the studio
