About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the world-class CorePower Yoga studio experience by coordinating studio operations and upholding health and safety standards
  • Support the Studio Manager in achieving membership growth, retail sales, community outreach, teacher and SET recruitment, and programming enrollment goals
  • Coordinate in-studio operations for 18–29 hours per week, including health and safety protocol execution, front desk guidance, and team support
  • Act as the point of contact for students and staff when the Studio Manager is absent, up to 20 hours per week
  • Maintain studio supply inventory, cleanliness, locker room amenities, towels, and programming materials
  • Engage with the studio community, greet students, support teachers with POS and pre/post-class duties, and foster community at the front desk
  • Uphold studio cleanliness, functionality, safety, heat, humidity, music, and clutter-free standards
  • Communicate Smart Health Protocol to students
  • Support the Studio Experience Team with cleaning, stocking, interviewing, hiring, scheduling, coverage, training, and discipline or termination
  • Lead orientation and train new Studio Experience Team members
  • Coordinate POS, online reservations, subbing, HRIS, and help desk systems
  • Submit facilities tickets and communicate follow-up needs to the Studio Manager
  • Teach at least 6 branded CorePower Yoga classes per week and provide additional class coverage as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core Values
  • Excellent oral communication skills, professionalism, and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Customer Service required
  • Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program preferred
  • Yoga Sculpt teacher training preferred
  • Familiarity with HRIS, intranet, point-of-sale, scheduling, and payroll systems
  • Ability to build relationships with individuals with diverse personalities, styles, and seniority levels
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize under multiple deadlines
  • Proven self-starter with ability to take on new projects enthusiastically
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to take initiative and prioritize
  • College (BA/BS) preferred
  • Availability for morning, evening, weekend, and some holiday schedules
  • Must be able to move around the studio, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs
  • If certified to teach, must be able to teach with little to no notice while scheduled in the studio
