About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver a world class CorePower Yoga experience
  • Lead the operations of a yoga studio, including leading the teaching team and Studio Coordinator(s)
  • Coach and inspire the CorePower Yoga classroom experience
  • Create a premium, clean, safe in-studio yoga experience
  • Train and develop yoga teachers and mindful leaders
  • Build, grow, and lead teachers and Studio Experience Team members
  • Partner with the District Manager to deliver results and sustained growth
  • Act as a brand ambassador and business driver for CorePower Yoga
  • Own day-to-day studio operations
  • Generate membership leads with the local sales team to achieve studio membership goals
  • Recruit, train, and onboard teachers and staff
  • Meet performance targets related to membership, teacher training revenue, class count, attendance, client retention, and NPS
  • Lead and recruit for Teacher Training programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Foster a community of teachers and Studio Experience Team members
  • Stabilize studio growth, revenue, profitability, and cultural growth where applicable
  • Work primarily in-studio for at least 40 hours per week, act as on-call manager as needed, and work at least one weekend day
  • Teach at least 4 classes per week in multiple formats
  • Communicate and enforce CorePower Yoga policies, initiatives, and protocols
  • Partner with analytics to optimize the studio schedule based on student attendance and preferences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in studio manager role or leadership equivalent
  • Facilitation and training experience required
  • 200HR certification preferred
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing community
  • Ability to meet and exceed performance metrics including membership, teacher training revenue, class count, client satisfaction, and retention
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse personalities and styles at different levels of seniority
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with a solutions-oriented approach
  • Nimble as construction timelines shift for new studios
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Commitment to 5–6 days and 40+ hours per week, including one weekend day
  • Morning, evening, weekend, and some holiday availability and flexibility required
  • Ability to move around the studio, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to teach any class format, sometimes with little to no notice
