About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the operational right hand to the Director of New Studio Openings
- Keep projects on track and manage day-to-day administrative workload and milestone tracking
- Prepare agendas, recaps, and meeting notes for key stakeholder meetings
- Maintain organized project documentation and shared drive
- Coordinate across cross-functional partners on behalf of the Director of NSO
- Support and update calendars
- Track opening milestones and completion rates and follow up with team members
- Update opening checklists across multiple simultaneous studio projects
- Coordinate ordering and vendor schedules leading up to opening day
- Serve as point of contact for studio-level workstreams as needed
- Ensure studios are set up according to brand standards and plans
- Travel to new studio locations during opening week as Development Team Point of Contact and Turnover Captain
- Receive and unpack shipments; stage and arrange fixtures, furniture, and retail alongside the operations team
- Walk the space against a detailed opening checklist and document post-open needs
- Ensure brand standards and lookbook requirements are met before opening day
- Escalate and help resolve construction, FF&E, and operational issues on the ground
- Capture photos and written notes to document the opening process for future playbook refinement
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or executive support
- Exceptional organization and follow-through
- Comfort managing multiple concurrent projects with shifting priorities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Experience in retail, hospitality, meeting brand standards, and/or visual merchandising
- Experience supporting a senior leader in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel to oversee openings (50%)
