About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a brand ambassador and business driver for CorePower Yoga in the studio and market
- Own day-to-day studio operations, including leading the teaching team and Studio Coordinator(s)
- Partner with the local sales team to generate membership leads and achieve studio membership goals
- Recruit, train, and onboard teachers and staff according to class count goals
- Meet and exceed targets for membership, teacher training revenue, class count, attendance, client retention, and NPS
- Lead and recruit for Teacher Training programs, including 200HR, 50HR, and intensives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business priorities
- Foster a community of teachers and Studio Experience Team members that delivers excellent studio and class experiences
- Stabilize and grow studio revenue, profitability, and culture when applicable, particularly for new studios
- Work a minimum of 40 hours per week primarily in-studio, act as on-call manager as needed, and work at least one weekend day weekly
- Teach a minimum of 4 classes per week in multiple formats
- Communicate and enforce CorePower Yoga policies, initiatives, and protocols
- Partner with the analytics team to optimize the studio schedule based on student attendance and preferences
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a studio manager role or leadership equivalent
- Facilitation and training experience required
- 200HR certification preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for growing community
- Ability to meet and exceed performance metrics including membership, teacher training revenue, class count, client satisfaction, and retention
- Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse personalities and styles across seniority levels
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with a solutions-oriented approach as construction timelines shift
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Availability 5–6 days per week and 40+ hours per week, including one weekend day
- Morning, evening, weekend, and some holiday availability and flexibility required
- Ability to move around the studio, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to teach any class format, sometimes with little to no notice
