About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a brand ambassador and business driver for CorePower Yoga in the studio and market
Own day-to-day studio operations, including leading the teaching team and Studio Coordinator(s)
Partner with the local sales team to generate membership leads and achieve studio membership goals
Recruit, train, and onboard teachers and staff according to class count goals
Meet and exceed targets for membership, teacher training revenue, class count, attendance, client retention, and NPS
Lead and recruit for Teacher Training programs, including 200HR, 50HR, and intensives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business priorities
Foster a community of teachers and Studio Experience Team members that delivers excellent studio and class experiences
Stabilize and grow studio revenue, profitability, and culture when applicable, particularly for new studios
Work a minimum of 40 hours per week primarily in-studio, act as on-call manager as needed, and work at least one weekend day weekly
Teach a minimum of 4 classes per week in multiple formats
Communicate and enforce CorePower Yoga policies, initiatives, and protocols
Partner with the analytics team to optimize the studio schedule based on student attendance and preferences

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a studio manager role or leadership equivalent
Facilitation and training experience required
200HR certification preferred
Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for growing community
Ability to meet and exceed performance metrics including membership, teacher training revenue, class count, client satisfaction, and retention
Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse personalities and styles across seniority levels
Ability to manage multiple deadlines with a solutions-oriented approach as construction timelines shift
Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Availability 5–6 days per week and 40+ hours per week, including one weekend day
Morning, evening, weekend, and some holiday availability and flexibility required
Ability to move around the studio, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs.
Ability to teach any class format, sometimes with little to no notice
