About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive a multi-channel sales strategy, including MLS, direct-to-agent, and strategic alliance partners to achieve revenue growth and retention goals.
  • Engage in solution-based selling by developing a deep understanding of clients’ business requirements.
  • Key contributor in the annual playbook process to determine the short, medium, and long-term vision for the organization.
  • Act as the informal delegate for the Head of Real Estate Solutions.
  • Operationalize the The Cotality Way and GTM Framework within the sales team.
  • Serve as a primary evangelist for Cotality at major industry events.
  • Maintain a "pulse on the market" to anticipate competitive threats and adjust tactical execution accordingly.
  • Lead the team’s evolution into an AI-native organization.
  • Drive adoption of AI tools to shorten the sales cycle and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Foster a culture of high performance where results are measured by client retention and Net Promoter Score.
  • Partner with Sales Finance and Revenue Operations to ensure 100% CRM accuracy.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 12+ years of senior sales leadership, preferably within the Real Estate/MLS sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage matrixed organizational structures and act as a proxy for executive leadership.
  • Deep understanding of the MLS ecosystem, brokerage operations, and the evolving needs of the individual real estate agent.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for market research, pipeline management, and productivity enhancement.
