About the role
- Lead day-to-day operations of the MMS Client Enablement team
- Drive client enablement focused on retention, growth, and customer satisfaction
- Support Head of Real Estate in executing strategic initiatives aligned with corporate goals
- Collaborate with Partnerships to deliver partner strategies and manage integrations
- Act as liaison between Real Estate and corporate functions such as finance and legal
- Align Real Estate initiatives with other product lines to maximise cross-functional benefits
- Define success metrics and deliver business-critical and BAU initiatives
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement across real estate solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders across product, design, tech, legal, marketing
- Ensure timely delivery of initiatives within budget and with measurable impact
- Champion the voice of the customer across the broader business
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in the Real Estate industry
- 5+ years in a training delivery or enablement leadership role
- Proven experience leading support, training, or professional services teams in a PropTech environment
- Instructional design experience (digital and physical delivery methods) is a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work across diverse teams and functions
- Strategic thinking with strong focus on execution and outcomes
