About the role

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the MMS Client Enablement team
  • Drive client enablement focused on retention, growth, and customer satisfaction
  • Support Head of Real Estate in executing strategic initiatives aligned with corporate goals
  • Collaborate with Partnerships to deliver partner strategies and manage integrations
  • Act as liaison between Real Estate and corporate functions such as finance and legal
  • Align Real Estate initiatives with other product lines to maximise cross-functional benefits
  • Define success metrics and deliver business-critical and BAU initiatives
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement across real estate solutions
  • Work closely with stakeholders across product, design, tech, legal, marketing
  • Ensure timely delivery of initiatives within budget and with measurable impact
  • Champion the voice of the customer across the broader business

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in the Real Estate industry
  • 5+ years in a training delivery or enablement leadership role
  • Proven experience leading support, training, or professional services teams in a PropTech environment
  • Instructional design experience (digital and physical delivery methods) is a plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work across diverse teams and functions
  • Strategic thinking with strong focus on execution and outcomes
