About the role
- Prepare preliminary and final planting and irrigation plans in collaboration with senior staff.
- Oversee construction administration tasks, including reviewing and responding to RFIs and submittals.
- Conduct on-site inspections and punch-list walkthroughs to ensure quality and compliance.
- Develop and present graphic materials for public meetings and stakeholder presentations.
- Design restoration plans for environmentally sensitive and critical areas.
- Collaborate with a team of planners, engineers, and architects.
- Manage multiple projects and coordinate across disciplines to deliver project outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
- Professional licensure preferred (Washington State license a plus).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Land F/X, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and MS Office.
- Experience with Revit, SketchUp, or Rhino is a strong advantage.
- Skilled in producing complete technical drawing sets, including construction plans and detailed specifications.
- Advanced knowledge of regional plant materials and construction practices; irrigation design experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Strong understanding of development regulations and their application to planting plans, particularly in environmentally critical areas.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent graphic, written, and verbal communication skills.
