About the role
- oversee the entire lifecycle of all Claims related Program data
- engage in implementation of new Programs, monitoring existing Programs
- handle processes related to support the Delegated Authority and Underwriting Controls division
- process data, perform reconciliations, execute monthly data processes
- conduct thorough data reconciliations to ensure accuracy between different datasets and resolve discrepancies
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline
- Minimum of 1 year of process execution experience
- Experience in managing varied priorities concurrently while meeting deadlines and service expectations
- Experience working with Key Performance Indicators
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Visio, and Power BI
- Knowledge and understanding of Fabric preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
