Key responsibilities & impact

Respond to level two issues and escalations from the Network Operations Center or service desk
Focus on M365 Security as the main focal point
Work with Senior members of the managed services practice to provide support for managed client portfolio
Resolve or escalate issues reported or identified in an M365 tenant
Conduct proactive performance assessments of clients' M365 environments

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 to 5 years of technical support and/or design and implementation experience with Microsoft 365 Collaboration technologies for a Managed Services Provider
Entra ID (Conditional Access Policies, MFA, Privileged Identity Management)
Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, Policies, XDR, Cloud workload protections, DLP Policies)
Microsoft Exchange Online (Online Protection)
Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Management
Microsoft Intune
Mobile Device/Mobile Application management
Microsoft SharePoint Online
Microsoft Teams
Microsoft OneDrive for Business
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud solutions
Microsoft 365 management and administration
Scripting for automation (i.e., PowerShell, VBScript, etc)
At least one of the following certifications: MS-102, SC-200, SC-300, SC-900
