Key responsibilities & impact

Project manage a portfolio of varied customer on-boardings to drive successful outcomes.
Manage internal stakeholders and external client expectations on projects and timelines.
Maintain and track all projects and documentation; ensure proper and consistent communication of status to clients and Cordial Teams.
Develop and share best practices with clients.
Ensure successful platform rollouts according to timelines and customer initiative requirements.
Build relationships with key customer contacts to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Client Success, Strategy, Support, and Sales teams.
Document and record completed project work for access and success.
Help clients activate AI-powered capabilities during onboarding.
Use AI tools for efficient project tracking and communication.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in a professional services environment
strong understanding of project management skills
eager to be an expert in Cordial’s technology
understanding of RESTful API, JavaScript Tag, Dynamic Scripting for Email/SMS/Push, and UI
curiosity about AI and its implications for marketing technology
ability to handle difficult or unexpected issues
capability to juggle multiple projects
