About the role
- understand and assess/scope client requirements
- prepare and present demos of the platform
- address and overcome technical objections in the sales process
- drive technology exploratory stages of the sales process
- provide day-to-day product/technical support to the sales team
- offer feedback to senior management and product team on features and industry trends
- help onboard new sales and pre-sales resources
Requirements
- at least 8+ years of experience as a Sr Sales/Solution Engineer, Solutions Architect, or related field in SaaS
- proficiency in RESTful APIs, Javascript, JSON, HTML, CSS, and PHP (Smarty is a plus)
- ability to clearly and concisely articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users
- excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- strong presentation skills for platform demonstrations and business value conveyance
- motivated and active learner willing to ask questions and seek help when needed
- integrity in handling confidential information and sensitive issues
- ability to multi-task and prioritize independently
