About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including role profiling, job posting, resume screening, interviews, and coordinating the various stages of the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop talent attraction strategies using digital platforms, social media, and partnerships with educational institutions.
- Screen and analyze resumes, identifying technical and behavioral competencies aligned with the job profile and the firm's culture.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and administer technical assessments when required.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define the ideal candidate profile.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire, proposing improvements to recruitment and selection processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Recruitment and Selection.
- Experience or exposure to recruiting for law firms.
- Knowledge of competency-based interviewing.
- Experience with online recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gupy, Sólides, or similar platforms).
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
