About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drafting court documents and pleadings and managing deadlines for matters of moderate complexity
Representing the firm at labor hearings
Filing court submissions
Assisting with case management in labor litigation
Initial review of documents prepared by interns
Client contact for operational coordination
Assisting in the instruction of company representatives (prepostos) and preparation of witnesses
Monitoring court publications and case status
Supporting the development of strategies and appeals deliberations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 1 year of experience as an attorney in labor litigation
Experience drafting court documents/pleadings and managing deadlines
Basic familiarity with courtroom hearings.
