About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drafting and managing lawsuits and administrative proceedings of low to medium complexity.
- Preparing standardized procedural documents, such as initial petitions, answers, replies, appeals, and other procedural filings.
- Reviewing documents and organizing supporting materials for case preparation.
- Monitoring and managing procedural deadlines.
- Updating reports and maintaining internal systems.
- Attending hearings and performing low-complexity diligences under supervision.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of Civil Procedure and Public Law, especially Administrative Law, with a focus on concessions regimes and Public-Private Partnerships (PPP).
- Familiarity with legal case management systems such as PJe, Projudi, eProc, and e-SAJ.
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills.
