About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drafting and managing lawsuits and administrative proceedings of low to medium complexity.
Preparing standardized procedural documents, such as initial petitions, answers, replies, appeals, and other procedural filings.
Reviewing documents and organizing supporting materials for case preparation.
Monitoring and managing procedural deadlines.
Updating reports and maintaining internal systems.
Attending hearings and performing low-complexity diligences under supervision.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of Civil Procedure and Public Law, especially Administrative Law, with a focus on concessions regimes and Public-Private Partnerships (PPP).
Familiarity with legal case management systems such as PJe, Projudi, eProc, and e-SAJ.
Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills.
