About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including aligning job profiles, posting vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and monitoring all stages of the process.
- Ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop talent attraction strategies using digital platforms, social media, and partnerships with educational institutions.
- Screen and evaluate resumes to identify technical and behavioral competencies aligned with the role and the firm's culture.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and administer technical assessments when required.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define the ideal candidate profile.
- Monitor area metrics, such as time-to-fill and quality of hires, and propose improvements to recruitment and selection processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Recruitment and Selection.
- Experience or background in recruiting for law firms.
- Knowledge of competency-based interviewing.
- Experience with online recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gupy, Sólides, or similar).
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
