About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including aligning job profiles, posting vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and monitoring all stages of the process.
  • Ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop talent attraction strategies using digital platforms, social media, and partnerships with educational institutions.
  • Screen and evaluate resumes to identify technical and behavioral competencies aligned with the role and the firm's culture.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and administer technical assessments when required.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define the ideal candidate profile.
  • Monitor area metrics, such as time-to-fill and quality of hires, and propose improvements to recruitment and selection processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Recruitment and Selection.
  • Experience or background in recruiting for law firms.
  • Knowledge of competency-based interviewing.
  • Experience with online recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gupy, Sólides, or similar).
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
