About the role

  • Identify and engage senior decision-makers at target enterprise accounts through research, outreach, and relationship building.
  • Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, from initial engagement through executive presentations, contract negotiation, and close.
  • Uncover strategic business challenges and align Cordance solutions to deliver measurable ROI and long-term impact.
  • Build consensus across multiple stakeholders, including C-suite executives, procurement, and technical teams.
  • Develop tailored strategies for each opportunity, manage complex negotiations, and ensure successful handoff to Customer Success.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline health and revenue forecasting in CRM (Salesforce preferred).
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to shape go-to-market approaches and ensure customer success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a strong record of exceeding quota.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and long timelines.
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level executives with a consultative, business-outcome–driven approach.
  • Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals.
  • Expertise in structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Solution Selling).
