About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver exceptional sales and service to end-users of Corcym's Heart Valve product line
  • Set and meet sales goals in terms of units sold and revenue generated across designated territories
  • Continuous assessment of market dynamics, reporting on market trends, and devising effective strategies for the assigned territory
  • Promote and provide technical and clinical presentations of our products to hospital cardiologists
  • Maintain amicable relations with current clients, as well as grow accounts in assigned territories
  • Attain sales targets for both volume and revenue
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with corporate goals
  • Propose sales objectives and strategic initiatives to management, supported by written reports and recommendations
  • Manage consignment inventories in accordance with company policies
  • Provide timely submission of monthly sales reports, expense reports, account profiles, and other required documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 years of experience working within the Medical Device industry, preferably with Cardiovascular-related business
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in the hospital operating theatre environment
  • Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities and adept at managing multiple tasks concurrently
  • Professionalism in attire, communication, and customer service etiquette
  • Proficient in negotiation and communication, with a talent for influencing and building trust
  • Understanding and application of compliance topics
  • At least scientific or commercial Bachelor’s degree and/or at least 5 years' experience in a similar position
  • Car driving license
