Account Manager – Cardiology Education Specialist
CORCYMAccount Manager responsible for sales and service to end-users of Corcym's Heart Valve product line. Continuous assessment of market and strategy development in assigned territories.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver exceptional sales and service to end-users of Corcym's Heart Valve product line
- Set and meet sales goals in terms of units sold and revenue generated across designated territories
- Continuous assessment of market dynamics, reporting on market trends, and devising effective strategies for the assigned territory
- Promote and provide technical and clinical presentations of our products to hospital cardiologists
- Maintain amicable relations with current clients, as well as grow accounts in assigned territories
- Attain sales targets for both volume and revenue
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with corporate goals
- Propose sales objectives and strategic initiatives to management, supported by written reports and recommendations
- Manage consignment inventories in accordance with company policies
- Provide timely submission of monthly sales reports, expense reports, account profiles, and other required documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 years of experience working within the Medical Device industry, preferably with Cardiovascular-related business
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in the hospital operating theatre environment
- Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities and adept at managing multiple tasks concurrently
- Professionalism in attire, communication, and customer service etiquette
- Proficient in negotiation and communication, with a talent for influencing and building trust
- Understanding and application of compliance topics
- At least scientific or commercial Bachelor’s degree and/or at least 5 years' experience in a similar position
- Car driving license
