Account Manager – Cardiology Education Specialist

• To generate revenue from a portfolio of HV products in line with agreed budgets aimed at maximising Company profitability
• To achieve revenue and profit targets as set and defined by Management.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with all key customer stakeholders.
• Drive and promote the awareness of LivaNova HV products to develop new business and achieve Company objectives
• Understand funding pathways in each target account and develop strategies to access funding for Corcym products in each account.
• Develop and actively maintain in-depth technical understanding of HV, to enable effective in-theatre support, programming and product demonstrations.
• Effective ongoing communication with all relevant customer contacts and internal colleagues to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service.
• Formulate Territory Business Plan, including set objectives and strategies for each account, in line with the Divisional Business Plan.
• Assist the Sales Manager in the preparation of contracts, tenders and competitive bids in own territory area.
• Be competent in the understanding and delivery of the appropriate training packages to customers, and the ongoing maintenance of training requirements.
• Maintain an awareness of sales, market intelligence and other developments amongst competitors, passing relevant information to the appropriate Company staff.
• Accurately complete all sales reporting, projections, forecasts and management reports in line with Company policy.

Territory Manager

Support Engineer

• Ensure reliability, availability, and safety of equipment and facilities
• Optimize costs and performance through maintenance strategies
• Define and implement maintenance strategies aligned with production and HSE goals
• Plan and schedule interventions on equipment
• Manage budgets, forecasts, costs, and economic indicators for maintenance
• Coordinate the maintenance team, defining shifts and skill development plans
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and technical regulations
• Perform root cause analysis and continuous improvement plans
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and HSE

Technical Support Manager

Account Executive

• Manage the relationship with a defined list of potential customers within an assigned territory
• Work with a diverse set of customers within the Cardiac Surgery Hospital setting - Surgeons, Residents and Fellows, Supply Chain, Anesthesiologists, and Surgical Personnel
• Help identify, develop and close new sales opportunities
• Maintain amicable relations with clients and grow new accounts
• Communicate and provide guidance to clients regarding use of products
• Achieve sales targets in units and revenue as well as price targets
• Evaluate market situation in assigned accounts on a continuous basis, and report market data and trends on a regular basis to management
• Execute sales targets and strategies to regional management on a regular basis and present written reports and recommendations
• Execute promotional programs (i.e., symposia, seminars) aimed at achieving district sales objectives
• Utilize company staff and other resources to maximize business opportunities, while maintaining target account spending within approved limits
• Project and maintain company image and presence within assigned territory with regular and frequent customer visits, presence at trade shows, surgeon plant visits, etc.

Associate Sales Representative, Medical Device

Clinical Research

• Programming electronic case report forms
• Developing data analysis plans in collaboration with physicians, clinical research and/or medical colleagues
• Performing statistical analyses and drafting reports under supervision of Head of Clinical & Medical Affairs
• Programming and QC CDISC standard datasets and respective specifications
• Programming and QC TLFs according to the SAP
• Developing statistical analyses for case studies
• Support and collaborate with other Departments managing clinical data, including creating specific reports

Junior Biostatistician

• Liaising with Cardiac Surgery departments about product features and functionalities.
• Identifying potential healthcare professionals and prioritizing the end user accounts segmentation as High & Medium priority.
• Elucidation of product features and presenting their functionalities, using applicable medical terminology to Cardiac Surgeons.
• Accomplishing the Sales Budget for defined markets – Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Taiwan & Philippines.
• Conducting Internal and external training sessions to individual product users, professional teams, or healthcare departments.
• Customers Trainings (Product Dry/ Wet Lab) and presentations
• Support clinical procedures in operating rooms of hospital accounts to assure customer and patient success with Corcym Heart Valve products.
• Analyzing competitor products and highlighting our unique product features in sales pitches.
• Assistance in Local Congress and International congresses
• Support the sales team strategies and aid impemnetation of the same in the market.

Outside Sales

• 与分销商合作,支持基于区域的销售目标、分期预测,并保持合理的渠道库存 / Work with distributor(s) to support order placements based on the regional sales target, phasing forecast, and support reasonable channel inventories
