与分销商合作,支持基于区域的销售目标、分期预测,并保持合理的渠道库存 / Work with distributor(s) to support order placements based on the regional sales target, phasing forecast, and support reasonable channel inventories
确保销售策略和业务计划的执行 / Ensure the execution of the sales strategy and business planning
Requirements
可适应长期出差 / Available to travel (~75%)
必须具备医疗器械行业工作经验 / Medical Device industry experience is a must
以客户为中心,具有可靠的销售策略和市场营销技巧 / Customer focused with proven strategic selling and marketing skills
具有较强的领导力、人际交往和人际关系管理能力 / Strong leadership, interpersonal and relationship management skills
具有较强的谈判能力、沟通能力和影响能力 / Strong negotiation, communication and influencing skills
医学、临床、市场营销或工商管理专业的学士以上学位 / Bachelor's Degree in Medical, Clinical, Marketing, or Business Administration
至少 5 年以上销售、市场营销或相关领域的工作经验 / Minimum 5+ years' experience in sales, marketing, or related field
