About the role
- Ensure reliability, availability, and safety of equipment and facilities
- Optimize costs and performance through maintenance strategies
- Define and implement maintenance strategies aligned with production and HSE goals
- Plan and schedule interventions on equipment
- Manage budgets, forecasts, costs, and economic indicators for maintenance
- Coordinate the maintenance team, defining shifts and skill development plans
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and technical regulations
- Perform root cause analysis and continuous improvement plans
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and HSE
Requirements
- 5–8 years in industrial or facility maintenance
- At least 2–3 years in leadership roles
- Knowledge of TPM principles and Lean methodologies
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and basic automation systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Management) or technical diploma with equivalent experience
