To generate revenue from a portfolio of HV products in line with agreed budgets aimed at maximising Company profitability
To achieve revenue and profit targets as set and defined by Management.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with all key customer stakeholders.
Drive and promote the awareness of LivaNova HV products to develop new business and achieve Company objectives
Understand funding pathways in each target account and develop strategies to access funding for Corcym products in each account.
Develop and actively maintain in-depth technical understanding of HV, to enable effective in-theatre support, programming and product demonstrations.
Effective ongoing communication with all relevant customer contacts and internal colleagues to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service.
Formulate Territory Business Plan, including set objectives and strategies for each account, in line with the Divisional Business Plan.
Assist the Sales Manager in the preparation of contracts, tenders and competitive bids in own territory area.
Be competent in the understanding and delivery of the appropriate training packages to customers, and the ongoing maintenance of training requirements.
Maintain an awareness of sales, market intelligence and other developments amongst competitors, passing relevant information to the appropriate Company staff.
Accurately complete all sales reporting, projections, forecasts and management reports in line with Company policy.
