About the role
- work with partners and clients to understand their needs and business objectives
- write functional design documents to define how our systems solve clients' problems
- present the team's work to stakeholders
- lead the planning and organization of the team's work
- maintain team roadmap
- keep delivery timeline on track
- facilitate team ceremonies (e.g., daily scrum, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives)
- produce recurring reports tracking initiative progress, team performance, and service-level objectives (SLOs)
Requirements
- located in and authorized to work in the United States
- at least three years of professional experience
