Product Manager

• work with partners and clients to understand their needs and business objectives
• write functional design documents to define how our systems solve clients' problems
• present the team's work to stakeholders
• lead the planning and organization of the team's work
• maintain team roadmap
• keep delivery timeline on track
• facilitate team ceremonies (e.g., daily scrum, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives)
• produce recurring reports tracking initiative progress, team performance, and service-level objectives (SLOs)
