• Leverage advanced search techniques to engage passive candidates with the right skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Conduct ongoing market research and talent mapping to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure proactive pipeline building.
• Represent the company at conferences, meetups, and networking events to enhance employer branding and expand reach within the ecosystem.
• Conduct personalized direct outreach to candidates through email, messaging, and calls, effectively communicating the company’s value proposition and growth opportunities.
• Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit, providing qualified profiles to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and deliver regular updates on sourcing activity, pipeline health, and key recruiting metrics to stakeholders.

• Adopt cutting edge technologies with end-to-end responsibility
• Build internal tools to expand platform capabilities
• Collaborate with R&D to improve stability & reliability of the system
• Lead the product roadmap and influence product direction
• Perform operational duties for FedRAMP cloud products, including deployments, on-call support, and incident management
• Operate and monitor Kubernetes, Kafka, Prometheus, Thanos, Istio, Argo CD and related cloud infrastructure

Site Reliability Engineer

• Streamline Delivery – Build and run self-service pipelines with our internal Platform Orchestrator using ArgoCD & Argo Workflows for build, test, deploy, validate, and scan.
• Elevate DevEx – Grow Backstage into the single entry point for engineers through catalogs, golden-path templates, and clear docs.
• Software Rollout Strategies - Define safe rollout strategies (blue/green, canary, Argo Rollouts) and automate promotions across environments.
• Incident-Ready Platform – Participate in platform on-call, drive post-mortems, and turn findings into hardening and auto-healing features.
• Automate Everything – Craft Python/Go tools and CLIs that eliminate toil and bake best practices into everyday workflows.
