About the role
- Support and advise our travel agency partners on a personal level.
- Represent the company and present our tourism offerings.
- Support the growth of our existing agency contacts.
- Increase brand presence in travel agencies to improve visibility.
- Expand and develop our travel agency distribution network.
- Organize and conduct presentations, training sessions, familiarization trips and events.
- Assist our travel agency partners in implementing sales promotion activities.
- Actively monitor the market and carry out market analyses.
Requirements
- Completed training in tourism, e.g., as a travel agent (m/f/d).
- Experience in travel sales or field sales.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel, including familiarization trips and attendance at conferences and trade fairs.
- Ability to work independently, reliably and in a structured way.
- Open, empathetic and committed personality.
- Residence in the region.
