About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate all logistics for international tradeshows and events, including physical presence, payment processing, staffing, giveaways, and onsite management
- Use project management software to coordinate and track production
- Develop and maintain online event calendars and resources on CCC intranet, public websites, and internal marketing tools
- Create instructional guides and support staff attending shows independently
- Coordinate collection of post-show feedback and key learnings
- Research venues and virtual formats, coordinate online social events, and manage attendee correspondence
- Support virtual events including webinars, forums, roundtables, advisory groups, workshops, and social meet-ups
- Support integrated pre-, post-, and at-virtual-show marketing campaigns that generate customer engagement and leads
- Perform other assigned activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent
- 1–2+ years of marketing or event experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, balance workload, and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- HTML is a plus
- Experience with project management software such as Asana, Wrike, Trello, or other programs
- Strong work ethic and proactive attitude
- Flexibility to work independently or with a team
- Ability to flex work hours to accommodate virtual events and trade shows in other time zones
