Guide and inspire engineers and specialists, building a culture of automation, ownership, and innovation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in IT, Information Security, or a related field
8+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or API management, including 3+ years in a leadership role
Design and run CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or ArgoCD
Work fluently with Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM, and apply GitOps and policy-as-code
Integrate security into development, from code scanning to container security and secrets management
Manage API platforms like Apigee, Kong, Azure API Management, AWS API Gateway, or MuleSoft
Understand API design, authentication (OAuth2, JWT, mTLS), and governance
Build in the cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and work with Docker, Kubernetes, and service meshes
Use observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or New Relic
Certifications like CKA, AWS DevOps Engineer, CISSP, or API platform certifications strengthen your profile
Take initiative, challenge ideas, and keep moving forward.
