About the role
- Research, build and deliver a pipeline of sponsorship, digital agency, and advertising partners in the DC area.
- Deliver and tailor sales collateral, sponsorship decks, and special package proposals for existing and prospective partners.
- Deliver reports on sponsorship and advertising campaign performance; provide insights and recommendations to partners as directed by the company.
- Track sales activity and deliver regular pipeline reports as directed by the company.
Requirements
- 5+ years in sponsorship or event sales, advertising partnerships, or business development, ideally with political and advocacy groups.
- Proven ability to deliver sponsorships as a consultant with mission-aligned organizations and brands.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with comfort in client-facing roles.
- Experience delivering outbound sales strategies, prospecting, and inbound lead management as an independent consultant.
- Ability to deliver reports with digital advertising platforms and campaign analytics (Sailthru, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive consultant with the ability to meet timelines and deliverables.
