Execute and verify full Personnel Department routines, including hiring, terminations, vacations, payroll, and benefits
Ensure correct calculation of labor charges (FGTS, INSS, DCTFWeb, eSocial) and compliance with legal deadlines
Conduct strategic meetings with clients, ensuring clarity of information and high-quality service
Support coordination, acting as a technical team lead in the efficient execution of processes and portfolio management, ensuring excellence in deliverables and adherence to deadlines
Develop strategic reports with indicators (KPIs), contributing to strategic decision-making
Provide technical and consultative support to clients, advising on labor and social security matters
Monitor audits, ensuring compliance of labor and social security information
Stay up to date with legislation and labor best practices, ensuring security and accuracy in operations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, HR Management, or Accounting Sciences
Solid experience with Personnel Department routines:
Hiring, terminations, vacations, payroll, and benefits
Labor charges (DCTFWeb and FGTS Digital)
Management of employee loans (e-consigned)
Compliance with labor and social security obligations
Submission and verification of eSocial
Salary transparency and good labor compliance practices
Experience conducting meetings and servicing clients
Knowledge of labor law, social security law, and employment law
Proficient in Microsoft Office (intermediate level), especially Excel
