Key responsibilities & impact- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into Oracle E-Business Suite functional specifications
- Design, configure, and support Oracle R12 SCM/Distribution modules, including Purchasing, Order Management, iProcurement, Inventory, iSupplier, Shipping, WMS, and Pricing
- Map as-is business processes, perform gap analysis, and design optimized to-be processes
- Create and maintain scope documents, functional design documents, use cases, process flows, and user training materials
- Develop and execute functional test scripts and support User Acceptance Testing
- Provide end-user training and ongoing functional and technical support
- Resolve issues and manage Oracle Service Requests
- Liaise between business users and technical teams to deliver IT solutions
- Identify process efficiencies and system enhancement opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12
- Strong functional expertise in Distribution, Procurement, and Order Management modules
- Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay and Order to Cash lifecycles and supply chain processes
- Experience with at least one end-to-end Oracle implementation or multiple Oracle Procurement support projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience creating functional documentation and process maps
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying tables and reading packages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Preferred: functional knowledge of ASCP and Manufacturing modules
- Preferred: experience in a global or cross-functional environment
- Preferred: strong stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, pragmatic, and results-oriented mindset
