About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into Oracle E-Business Suite functional specifications
  • Design, configure, and support Oracle R12 SCM/Distribution modules, including Purchasing, Order Management, iProcurement, Inventory, iSupplier, Shipping, WMS, and Pricing
  • Map as-is business processes, perform gap analysis, and design optimized to-be processes
  • Create and maintain scope documents, functional design documents, use cases, process flows, and user training materials
  • Develop and execute functional test scripts and support User Acceptance Testing
  • Provide end-user training and ongoing functional and technical support
  • Resolve issues and manage Oracle Service Requests
  • Liaise between business users and technical teams to deliver IT solutions
  • Identify process efficiencies and system enhancement opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12
  • Strong functional expertise in Distribution, Procurement, and Order Management modules
  • Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay and Order to Cash lifecycles and supply chain processes
  • Experience with at least one end-to-end Oracle implementation or multiple Oracle Procurement support projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience creating functional documentation and process maps
  • Working knowledge of SQL for querying tables and reading packages
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Preferred: functional knowledge of ASCP and Manufacturing modules
  • Preferred: experience in a global or cross-functional environment
  • Preferred: strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, pragmatic, and results-oriented mindset
