Director, Network Optimization

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead enterprise-level network modeling and scenario planning across manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution
- Partner with business units to identify and evaluate optimization opportunities
- Support business unit network optimization project execution
- Act as a trusted advisor to Business Unit leaders
- Align cross-functional stakeholders around recommendations
- Develop enterprise playbooks, frameworks, and tools
- Monitor trends and proactively identify strategic network risks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in network strategy, operations strategy, operations consulting, or enterprise supply chain roles
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong and curious analytical skillset
- Flexible to manage time across pivots in task prioritization
- Strong experience partnering with multiple business units in a matrixed environment
- Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain functions
