Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead full cycle, end-to-end salaried recruiting efforts across the United States
- Collaborate with other TA team members, managers & HR teams to gain a solid understanding of our organization
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with hiring managers and HR teams
- Serve as a talent advisor who consults with leaders on effective strategies
- Partner with business leaders to develop hiring strategies aligned to workforce plans
- Create, cultivate, and maintain ongoing relationships with professional organizations
- Coach and support junior members of the TA team
- Conduct market research and share talent intelligence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of professional recruiting experience
- Possess hunter mentality with the ability to manage projects or processes and work independently
- Experience using a multitude of sourcing and recruiting related tools
- Ability to align talent acquisition team objectives with business priorities to ensure top performance
- Must be detail-oriented with project and time management experience and skills
- Proven positive communication skills, including the ability to connect with people internally & externally
