About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead full cycle, end-to-end salaried recruiting efforts across the United States
Collaborate with other TA team members, managers & HR teams to gain a solid understanding of our organization
Develop and maintain positive relationships with hiring managers and HR teams
Serve as a talent advisor who consults with leaders on effective strategies
Partner with business leaders to develop hiring strategies aligned to workforce plans
Create, cultivate, and maintain ongoing relationships with professional organizations
Coach and support junior members of the TA team
Conduct market research and share talent intelligence

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of professional recruiting experience
Possess hunter mentality with the ability to manage projects or processes and work independently
Experience using a multitude of sourcing and recruiting related tools
Ability to align talent acquisition team objectives with business priorities to ensure top performance
Must be detail-oriented with project and time management experience and skills
Proven positive communication skills, including the ability to connect with people internally & externally
