About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the internal NPD process and act as the central technical contact between OEM R&D teams and internal engineering teams
- Create, structure, and maintain high-quality technical documentation supporting field applications
- Provide technical support during specification and refrigeration system design activities
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate refrigeration and HVAC equipment based on technical and operational requirements
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support throughout the sales process
- Deliver ongoing technical support throughout the product lifecycle
- Support implementation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of refrigeration systems
- Build strong relationships with high-profile customers through regular engagement and customer visits
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging refrigeration technologies
- Collaborate internally with other Technical Sales Engineers to share technical knowledge and field experience
- For senior-level profiles, participate in account planning sessions and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience within refrigeration, cold chain, or commercial cooling applications
- Strong understanding of how refrigeration products are applied within customer systems and end-user environments
- Experience supporting OEMs, contractors, end users, or competitors within the refrigeration market
- Strong customer-facing communication and technical problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide both remote technical support and onsite customer engagement
- Fluent Italian language skills are essential.
