About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the primary technical contact between OEM R&D teams and internal engineering teams during new product development activities
  • Support customers during specification, design, and equipment selection processes
  • Provide technical expertise on HVAC comfort applications and system integration
  • Deliver technical product demonstrations and support technical discussions throughout the sales cycle
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support throughout the product lifecycle
  • Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and field application activities as required
  • Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation supporting field applications
  • Visit and support key customer accounts across the region
  • Stay informed on industry trends, HVAC regulations, and emerging technologies
  • Collaborate internally with Technical Sales Engineers to share knowledge and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in HVAC comfort applications, technical sales, or application engineering
  • Strong understanding of how HVAC systems are applied within customer environments
  • Experience supporting OEMs, installers, contractors, or end users
  • Strong customer-facing communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to provide remote technical support while also managing on-site customer engagement
  • Fluent French language skills are essential
