About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute and develop category strategies for corporate functions
Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives including RFPs, supplier negotiations, and contracting
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align sourcing solutions
Identify cost savings and improve working capital through supplier consolidation
Manage supplier relationships and performance including SLAs and KPIs
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and legal requirements
Track and report on savings initiatives and sourcing pipeline activity
Monitor market trends and innovation in corporate services to inform strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
8+ years of work experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain
Requires Indirect Sourcing experience
Requires experience with Corporate Spend categories
Ability to work effectively with various levels of the organization and external vendors
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with independent and team working ability
Ability to travel domestically (5-10%)
