About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic OEM accounts across France.
  • Build and maintain strong technical and commercial relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Drive specification of solutions into customer platforms and applications.
  • Identify opportunities for product upgrades, innovation, and account expansion.
  • Support long-term customer development and growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal technical and product teams.
  • Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer strategies.
  • Monitor customer performance and relevant market developments.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage contractual agreements.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and sales forecasting.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in sales, key account management, or commercial roles within refrigeration, cold chain, or related industrial sectors.
  • Fluent in French (essential).
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing complex, long-cycle sales processes.
  • Proven ability to build and grow relationships across OEM customers.
  • Experience operating within multi-stakeholder, technical sales environments.
  • Highly self-driven, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
