Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations
Expertise in managing complex employee relations cases, coaching managers, and ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws
Demonstrated understanding of employee relations practices, performance improvement processes, and policy interpretation
Proficiency in English required
