About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide expertise in case management, performance improvement, and policy compliance
- Manage escalated and high-risk employee relations cases
- Serve as the primary contact for site leadership teams
- Provide expert guidance on the interpretation and application of HR policies
- Coach managers on conflict resolution and performance improvement plans
- Support complex employee separations
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of employee relations cases
- Deliver exceptional service in all interactions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations
- Expertise in managing complex employee relations cases, coaching managers, and ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws
- Demonstrated understanding of employee relations practices, performance improvement processes, and policy interpretation
- Proficiency in English required
