About the role
- Drive new business development in France for high-temperature industrial heat pump solutions.
- Identify, approach, and develop relationships with industrial customers and decision-makers.
- Manage complex technical B2B sales cycles, often involving large organizations and multiple stakeholders.
- Conduct initial customer discussions remotely, followed by deeper technical engagement supported by internal engineering teams.
- Coordinate with internal experts to support technical simulations and feasibility discussions for potential projects.
- Travel to customer sites to advance opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
- Represent the company at relevant industry conferences and events (typically one major conference per year).
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial roles within a technical environment.
- Basic technical understanding of HVAC systems, heat pumps, thermodynamics, or related thermal technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing, relationship-oriented personality.
- Ability to work independently in an autonomous role while collaborating with distributed teams.
- Willingness to travel within France and occasionally internationally.
