About the role
- Lead sales and technical support activities for customers in Peru, focusing on strategic markets like Agroindustry, Food Retail, and Food Service.
- Work in conjunction with the Business Manager and Technical Team to grow sales by increasing customer participation with the complete product range.
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships, actively listening and probing to identify technical and sales concerns, and delivering effective technology solutions.
- Ensure customers are well-trained and deeply oriented on product operation, value, and the competitive advantages of our services.
- Collaborate effectively with the regional team and communicate regularly with other global business units, providing periodic updates on sales activities, progress, and status.
- Improve the Accuracy and Quality Information for Sales Forecasts, driving both retention and winning of new customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Refrigeration or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent experience is required.
- Minimum 5 years of related work experience in technical sales.
- Deep understanding of Commercial Refrigeration and Air-conditioning systems, equipment, components, and related electronics.
- Able to comfortably and easily use conventional computer equipment and software, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Intermediate English level.
