About the role

  • Visit OFC key accounts and follow up.
  • Monthly Ordering forecast and payment follow up.
  • OFC Projects pursuit by engaging closely with OEMs.
  • Collaborate with training, marketing & AE team for OFC customers’ technical development.
  • New business opportunities development.
  • OFC New products promotion and field test together with internal team.
  • Identify potential OFC customers by deeply understanding their needs and provide proper solutions.
  • Co-market with system partners.
  • Market research.
  • Involve with Marketing team into events.
  • Monitor and fast respond to regional market trend and competitors’ status.
  • Collect marketing data regularly.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and AE to carry out product training for customers.
  • Feedback customers’ system operation status and resolve technical problems initiatively.

Requirements

  • 8 years or above working experience in OFC compressor / OFC system related field.
  • Solid knowledge of OFC compressor and system design or application is preferred.
  • Strong execution ability to achieve challenging target.
  • Good communication skills and experienced working with customers.
  • Good team player and able to work independently.
  • Willing to travel frequently.
  • B.S./B.A. or above in HVAC, or Thermal & Power Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering Electrical is acceptable if with AC/Refrigeration working experience.
  • Fluent in English, English Grade 4 or 6.
