• Ensure upgrade activities align with Copeland’s governance, change management, and SOX compliance standards
• Establish and enforce coding, configuration, and documentation standards
• Lead design reviews, solution validations, and architecture checkpoints
• Mentor developers and analysts, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
