About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare briefings, obtain quotes, plan and manage events in general;
- Manage advanced-level event logistics (including a variety of additional services);
- Prepare post-event reports;
- Enter sales into the BackOffice system;
- Plan and execute events for up to 200 attendees;
- On-site event coordination directly with the client;
- Conduct technical site visits with the team and clients;
- Report job progress to the supervisor.
Requirements
